The Republic of Aksana recognizes the Catalan Republic, otherwise called Catalonia, as an independent country in July of 2023, recognizing the country as a separate entity from the Kingdom of Spain. Aksana recognizes the Balearic Islands as a part of Catalonia, rather than its own separate Catalan State such as Valencia or Aragon.

The Republic of Aksana recognizes Aragon and the Aragonese People as a separate country from the Kingdom of Spain.

The Republic of Aksana recognizes Basque Country as independent from Spain and France with the entirety of the combined Greater Basque Region.

Taiwan
The Republic of Aksana recognizes Republic of China, otherwise called Taiwan, as an independent state and the legitimate government of China, however, recognizes the People's Republic of China as its own country as well. Although controversial to some, the Republic of Aksana recognizes both ROC and PRC, for the PRC being too big and well-known to not recognize its existence, however, the Republic of China is seen as the only legitimate chinese state in the end.

The Republic of Aksana unilaterally recognizes the Principality of Seborga, however, the Principality of Seborga does not recognize the Republic of Aksana or its independence. Aksana recognizes the de-facto independence of Seborga in 1861 when it was forgotten to be included in the Kingdom of Italy.

The Republic of Aksana and Republic of Molossia have held Informal Relations since May 24 of 2023, with the Republic of Aksana recognizing the Republic of Molossia and its independence from the United States of America.

Pantonia
The Republic of Aksana recognizes Pantonia independence in February 19th of 2022 from Portugal, and its exclaves in Spain and South Africa. Although officially called the Republic of Pantonia, Aksana only recognizes the title of Pantonia as the title of "Republic" for a monarchy has been questioned by the Monarchy of Pantonia.

Republic of Todia
The Republic of Aksana, holding an official treaty with the Republic of Todia, recognizes the Republic of Todia and its independence from the Republic of Italy in 24 April 2022, and brands the Republic of Todia as a sister micronation for the fact that both Todia and Aksana are Catalan-Micronations. The Republic of Aksana and Republic of Todia formally recognized each other on April 1st, 2024.

The Kingdom of Eintrachtia holds a land border with the Republic of Aksana on the Antarctic Peninsula.

Kingdom of Ponchartrain-Maurepas
Founded January 12th of 2020, Pontunia or the Kingdom of Ponchartrain-Maurepas, not to be confused for Pantonia, has shown extraordinary efforts to continue its existance, through thick and thin, minimizing claims overtime, Pontunia has stood strong, so on September 12th of 2025, the Republic of Aksana formally recognizes the Kingdom of Ponchartrain-Maurepas and its independence from the United States and State of Louisiana.
Fundat el 12 de gener de 2020, Pontunia o el Regne de Ponchartrain-Maurepas, que no s'ha de confondre amb Pantonia, ha demostrat esforços extraordinaris per continuar la seva existència, contra les bones i les males, minimitzant les reclamacions amb el pas del temps. Pontunia s'ha mantingut ferma, de manera que el 12 de setembre de 2025, la República d'Aksana reconeix formalment el Regne de Ponchartrain-Maurepas i la seva independència dels Estats Units i l'estat de Louisiana.
